WHAT IS INCLUDED

The total shown above includes the accommodations selected, all taxes, preparation and serving of all meals and beverages (including standard alcoholic beverages), personal concierge services, housekeeping, boat transfers between the mainland and the island upon arrival and departure, unlimited use of our Wave Runner, kayaks, snorkelling equipment and all other island equipment, complimentary WiFi, in-room use of a fully-loaded iPod Touch, games and entertainment, and all taxes.


WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Local transfers, private yacht, additional boat transfers or use, spa treatments, off-island tours and activities, and special order alcoholic beverages and food items.


APPLICABLE TERMS
A minimum stay of three nights is required to truly enjoy Royal Belize. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Maximum occupancy is normally one couple per house, but please ask us about children or other exceptions. Guests only pay for the accommodations utilised, and the other houses will remain vacant during their stay. Rental of more than one house receives a multiple rental discount.
